Our first hatch! Rhode Island Red chicks being born! The chick watching is from a game hen ("Reba") crossed with a Rhode Island Red rooster... that egg started hatching 3 days ago and got stuck, so... Cam and I used a water bottle to mist the egg to get the shell off of her. She (or he?) is watching the 4th chick being born today!
